Job summary

A leading clean energy company in the United States is seeking an Energy Storage Engineering Manager to lead the design of energy storage systems connected to solar projects. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in utility-scale energy storage, a solid grasp of lithium-ion technology, and will be responsible for technical specifications and project negotiations. Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in technical leadership of utility-scale energy storage systems.
• Deep understanding of lithium-ion battery systems and their design.
• Experience assessing alternative storage technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design engineering for energy storage systems.
• Responsible for technical aspects of energy storage PPA negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety standards.
