RISERISE is seeking a Residential Energy Specialist to conduct scheduled home energy assessments for utilities and program sponsors. You will evaluate insulation, HVAC, lighting and moisture to identify energy-saving opportunities and present work plans to end-users.
The role includes on-site energy tests, installing efficiency measures, and using software to prepare assessment reports. Travel to homes is required; BPI certification is pursued within six months.

As the Energy Specialist you would conduct energy assessments of residential homes on behalf of utilities and energy program sponsors. Energy Specialists identify potential energy efficiency measures, develop and present proposed work plans to energy end-users. This is an excellent career opportunity for individuals with energy efficiency experience and for candidates with specialized experience in applicable technologies.
