Mercer Landmark Inc. is seeking an Energy Service Technician/Driver in Coldwater, OH. You will deliver bulk and packaged fuels and lubricants to agricultural, commercial, and residential customers, and assist with installation and maintenance of equipment.

Position Summary

The Energy Service Technician/Driver plays a key role in supporting our Energy Division by delivering bulk and packaged fuels and lubricants to agricultural, commercial, and residential customers. This position also assists with the installation, maintenance, and repair of fuel and lubricant equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Energy Division sales team and report directly to the Energy Division Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Service

• Safely deliver gasoline, diesel fuel, lubricants, and other petroleum products to customer locations.
• Deliver, install, maintain, and repair fuel and lubricant equipment.
• Ensure customer deliveries are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service while building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

Professionalism & Company Representation

• Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.
• Demonstrate reliability, integrity, accountability, and a strong commitment to quality work.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Hazardous Materials (HazMat) and Tanker endorsements, or the willingness to obtain required endorsements.
• Working knowledge of MSDS/SDS labeling and safe handling procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in agriculture, agribusiness, petroleum delivery, or a cooperative environment.
• Experience installing, servicing, or repairing fuel and lubricant equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights when inspecting or servicing equipment.
• Capable of performing work in varying weather and environmental conditions.
