Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Walmart in Allentown, PA. This full-time role offers paid training, a first sale bonus, and opportunities for career growth.

You will engage customers, promote energy-related products, and work to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail setting. As an Energy Pro working with NRG, you will help customers lower energy costs, explain products and services, and collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers by escorting them to displays; assess needs and suggest products.
• Accurately document and report sales and contribute to team goals.
