BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate attorney in San Francisco, CA, with expertise in energy regulatory law and infrastructure transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience advising data center developers and large energy users.

The role focuses on advising clients on energy regulatory matters, managing client relationships, and effectively communicating complex legal matters in both oral and written form, including participation in regulatory proceedings

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of law firm experience in energy regulatory law or related fields.
• Experience with data center developers or large-scale energy procurement.
• Proactive with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take on increased responsibility in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on energy regulatory matters and infrastructure transactions.
• Manage relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.
• Communicate complex legal matters effectively in both oral and written form.
• Participate in regulatory proceedings before relevant commissions and courts.
