Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced energy regulatory attorney for its Energy Practice in New York City. The role offers opportunities to work with seasoned professionals on diverse regulatory matters across the Northeast.

You will represent clients in NY energy regulatory matters, engage with ISO/RTO tariffs, and contribute to rate cases and interconnection projects, all while applying strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in New York or eligible for waiver.
• Four to eight years of relevant energy regulatory experience.
• Experience before New York energy agencies.
• FERC proceedings experience is a plus.
