Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a junior to midlevel associate to join its energy practice in San Francisco. The attorney will support a nationally recognized team advising developers, operators, and energy market participants on regulatory, project development, and transactional matters.

Responsibilities include advising on Western state and federal energy regulatory matters, supporting regulatory proceedings, and assisting with electric transmission and interconnection issues.

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice in California or another relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 2-3 years of experience in energy regulatory or infrastructure matters.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with electric and/or natural gas regulatory matters preferred.
