Job summary

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an associate with 4–7 years of energy regulatory experience to join the Energy Regulatory practice within the Energy and Infrastructure team. The role is full-time and on a partnership track, based in Dallas or Houston.

Ideal candidates will have working knowledge before state public utility commissions and/or the FERC, with experience in electric/gas utilities, power markets, or pipelines. Texas bar membership is preferred or required within one year.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in energy regulatory matters.
• Experience before state public utility commissions and/or the FERC.
• Experience representing clients in electric or gas utilities, power markets, or pipelines.
• Strong oral and written communication and collaborative approach.
