A consulting engineering firm is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager I in Binghamton, NY. In this role, you will manage large-scale projects for utility clients, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree, five years of project management experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Project. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $110,000 to $118,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in large scale projects/program management for utility business.
• Professional Engineer License and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro and OSG.

• Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects.
• Manage teams and facilitate productivity.
• Implement quality and environmental processes on projects.
• Responsible for project performance monitoring and resolving disputes.
