Job summary

Veolia North America Energy is seeking a Project Structurer to develop accurate, competitive O&M cost models for long-term microgrid and critical infrastructure projects. You will design comprehensive staffing plans and budgets, working with project developers and operations to ensure compliant, defendable proposals.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in energy/utility operations, strong financial modeling skills, and experience with service agreements or PPPs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with equivalent experience.
10–15 years in energy/utility ops and maintenance in industrial, institutional, or mission-critical markets.
Experience supporting development of service agreements, DBOO models, or PPPs.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate, competitive O&M cost models and staffing plans for long-term contracts.
Build benchmarks from existing project portfolio and model labor rates.
Model budgets for full term agreements including SLAs and third-party services.
Define project scopes with asset-based maintenance limits and LTSA interfaces.
Support scoping, estimating capex, and asset upgrades with project teams.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies for long-term performance.
Collaborate with operations to leverage data and plan mobilization and ramp-up.
