Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of job-related experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMI-PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of energy industry issues and trends.
• Proficient with MS Office and PowerBI.
• Familiarity with AI prompts and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintains visibility to program data, metrics, and performance trends; analyzes data to develop insights and recommendations for management.
• Defines and tracks KPIs and performance metrics, supporting operating reviews and program governance to monitor risks and overall program health.
• Develops and manages budgets, monitors performance against forecasts, and explains variances.
• Leads cross-functional projects and initiatives, prioritizing efforts in resource-constrained environments.
• Builds stakeholder alignment and accountability, collaborating across teams to resolve issues and drive program outcomes.
• Leads development, standardization, and governance of programs and processes, including workflows, roles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establishes and maintains process documentation, tools, and standards to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.
• Drives integration of processes with enterprise systems and data sources.
