1KOMMA5° is seeking a Product Manager for Procurement & Portfolio Management to shape how we procure, hedge, and optimize electricity for a dynamic customer portfolio. You will sit at the intersection of energy markets, procurement, and tariff strategy to deliver measurable commercial advantages.

You’ll own procurement strategy across day-ahead, intraday, and forward markets, design hedging and flexibility models, and run portfolio analyses to drive improvements and risk-managed growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of international energy procurement, portfolio management, or energy trading experience.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on portfolio analyses, hedge calculations, and market scenarios.
• Proven ability to translate market and commercial logic into structured product requirements.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving market.
• Excellent written and spoken English and German.

Responsibilities

• Own our Procurement Strategy across day-ahead, intraday, and forward markets.
• Design Portfolio Hedging & Risk Management strategies for different customer portfolios.
• Shape Our Flexibility Procurement Model and related commercial logic.
• Run quantitative portfolio analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Monitor performance with KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
