2020 Companies is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent NRG in the Urbana, OH area. You will engage customers about energy products, promote cost-saving options, and drive store-level sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role features a base pay plus uncapped commissions, a first-sale bonus, paid training, and next-day pay options, with opportunities for advancement and benefits such as health coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly.
• Welcome customers and offer assistance; direct them to displays and assess needs.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services; help with selections.
• Document and report sales; track activity to Retail Operations; keep workstation clean and organized.
