2020 Companies is hiring for a Regular, full-time Retail Sales Associate in Vandalia, OH. You will promote NRG energy services, engage customers in-store, and help lower energy costs while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months in sales, retail, telecom or marketing.
• Knowledge of products and services helpful.
• Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced team setting.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event.
• Engage customers, provide product information and recommendations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Escort customers to displays and assess needs.
• Document and report sales accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized workstations and paperwork.
• Communicate activity to Retail Operations.
