Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Program Intern for the PDI Pricing team in Knoxville, TN, Summer 2027. As an Energy Pricing Intern, you will support fuel pricing strategies, analyze processes, and gain exposure to wholesale operations and digital transformation initiatives.

You will work with teams to identify optimization opportunities, leverage Celonis and analytics, and help implement scalable improvements across Pilot's network.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree with coursework in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
Energy industry experience is a bonus.
Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau, Celonis, or PDI nice to have).

Responsibilities

Support Commercial Fuel Operations: assist wholesale teams with fuel pricing and transactions.
Drive Process & System Automation: identify automation opportunities and improve processes.
Streamline Business Processes: partner with wholesale groups to modernize workflows.
Deliver Data-Driven Process Insights: use Celonis to evaluate performance and propose improvements.
