Gray Construction is seeking an Energy Marshal to join its Field Operations Team on a project-based basis across the United States. The role focuses on energization readiness, energy isolation, and safety compliance on site, with responsibilities spanning audits, reporting, and coordination with commissioning and QC teams.
The ideal candidate has NEC expertise, NFPA 70e certification, MV/HV experience, and the ability to mentor other project staff. Travel to project sites will be required.

This position requires travel as our projects are scattered throughout the United States and, in some cases outside of the U.S. The selected candidate can live anywhere in the U.S. but would be required to travel to the project site per Gray’s travel policy.

The wage range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; as well as other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate… $100K to 150K.
