Job summary

Sigma Earth is seeking an Energy/ISO Specialist to manage ISO documentation, perform facility energy assessments, and lead energy-saving initiatives across operations. The role focuses on tracking energy performance and preparing for ISO audits while maintaining the Energy Management System.

You will coordinate training, analyze data to drive improvements, and mitigate risks related to certifications and evolving energy regulations. Domestic and international travel (~10–20%) is expected.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do
  • Manage ISO certification documentation and ensure compliance with relevant ISO standards, particularly in relation to facility operations.
  • Carry out facility energy assessments, including inventory reviews, to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency.
  • Support the implementation of on-site energy-saving initiatives, using strong communication and project planning skills to ensure effective delivery.
  • Track energy performance across both ISO implementation and wider energy management activities to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare for ISO audits and maintain the Energy Management System.
  • Coordinate facility-level training to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities in energy management and ISO compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve energy performance and reduce overall energy consumption, using data analysis and forecasting to guide decisions.
  • Manage risks related to certifications and upcoming energy management regulations.
