Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in investment banking, direct investments, or co-investment structuring.
  • Strong transactional experience in private markets.
  • Undergraduate degree in business or finance.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to assess complex situations and make recommendations.
  • Proactive self-starter who can handle pressure.
  • Can lead select transaction execution workstreams with strong PM skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams and senior decision makers.
  • Experience with renewables, power or infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support creation and structuring of new investment products within Renewable Power and Transition franchises.
  • Coordinate execution, structuring and negotiation of equity capital solutions; lead select workstreams.
  • Engage with institutional investors; develop investor messaging and respond to LP inquiries.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and due diligence materials; manage data rooms.
  • Identify risks, communicate timelines and milestones; support investor outreach and relationships.
