Qualifications

• Direct experience with renewable energy projects (wind, solar, battery storage).
• State Bar admission in preferred office location.

Responsibilities

• Support project finance and M&A transactions in the energy sector.
• Conduct due diligence and review credit agreements and legal opinions.
• Engage in matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
• Participate in transactions involving power generation and transmission.
