You will draft and negotiate complex contracts for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects, both domestically and internationally, while meeting high academic standards.

Requires Juris Doctor, Florida bar admission, strong communication, and the ability to work on domestic and global projects.

Qualifications

• 2–7+ years of experience in construction law.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate EPC, O&M, procurement, and other construction-related contracts.
• Engage in transactions for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
