Position

I am working with a Top 20 Law firm looking to add an Energy & Infrastructure Associate to join its Chambers ranked practice.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with financings and M&A pertaining to major energy transition projects, including negotiating tax equity transactions for sponsors and/or investors
  • FERC regulatory experience and renewable energy tax credit experience is additionally helpful
  • Excellent academic credentials (law school/grades)
Practice Experience

This is an interesting opportunity to join a full‑scale energy practice with standalone clients (i.e. not a group that exists to handle due diligence from an energy perspective for clients from other groups). Associates within the group are able to work on a wide‑variety of transactions, actually negotiating the deals as opposed to only due diligence. The group also handles regulatory work, enabling associates to have diverse and blended practice.
