Job summary

Houston Dose is looking for a highly skilled individual to lead the analysis and valuation of oil and gas assets in Houston, Texas. You will drive client presentations and serve as a key contact for senior bankers and clients. This role requires strong analytical skills and significant experience in the oil and gas industry.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, with 3–5+ years of relevant experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong coding skills are essential for automating workflows and managing datasets.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry, ideally in A&D, corporate development, reservoir engineering, or investment banking.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical excellence in the analysis and valuation of oil and gas assets.
• Manage and mentor analysts in handling large datasets and technical workflows.
• Drive the preparation of client presentations and serve as a key point of contact.
