Job summary

Lightly AG is seeking analytical, driven energy sector professionals to evaluate AI-generated forecasts. You will assess accuracy and quality against a rubric for an ~15 hours/week project beginning early July, collaborating with a YC-backed team.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in energy forecasting, strong quantitative skills, and clear communication in English. Remote, international collaboration and competitive compensation are offered.
