Job summary

Kinder Morgan's BOLT Intern Program invites you to gain hands-on experience in the energy industry this summer, supporting professional projects and developing technical and interpersonal skills in a real business setting.

You will work with Kinder Morgan professionals, focusing on FERC Form 2 and 3-Q reporting, quarterly processes, and cross-functional accounting areas, while building essential Office skills and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Entering sophomore, junior or senior; seniors graduating December 2027 or later.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to learn, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Takes initiative, highly adaptive, pays attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Kinder Morgan professionals on FERC Form 2 and 3-Q financial statements.
• Coordinate FERC Form 3-Q reports and prepare supporting documentation.
• Assist in quarterly reporting process.
• Assist in preparing quarterly standalone FERC Form No. 2 and 3-Q, and SEC cash flow statements.
