Moss is seeking an Energy Field Recruiter to partner with project leadership and hiring managers, proactively identifying current and future workforce needs for craft and hourly labor across solar utility-scale projects.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven with strong sourcing capabilities, and will build talent pipelines in diverse geographic markets while delivering a positive candidate experience.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for construction, renewable energy, solar, skilled trades, or industrial environments preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish and/or English/Haitian Creole) strongly preferred, with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with diverse candidate populations.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites, hiring events, and recruiting activities as needed.

• Establish and maintain relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, trade schools, chambers of commerce, churches, veteran organizations, and other community partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate candidate movement throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Organize and participate in hiring events, career fairs, project-site recruiting events, and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and talent communities for future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members to share market intelligence, recruiting best practices, and pipeline development strategies.
• Track recruiting activity and ensure timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and project stakeholders.

POSITION SUMMARY
