Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an experienced engineering professional to oversee multidisciplinary teams across greenfield and brownfield oil & gas projects. You will lead technical development, design coordination, and project management from mobilization through commissioning.

The role requires 2–10 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, familiarity with industry codes, and the ability to travel for construction phases.

Qualifications

• 2-10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas facility construction with a bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• If no degree, 10 years’ relevant experience will be considered in lieu of an engineering degree.
• Experience with industry codes (ASME, ASCE, API, IEEE).
• Familiarity with the EPC lifecycle: objectives, scope, schedule and deliverables.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Project).
• Tenacious, results-oriented with high quality standards.
• Occasional travel involved to support projects during Construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and guide multi-disciplinary teams in basic design or detail drawings to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Review and prepare for issuance all project engineering and design deliverables through document control.
• Coordinate between Requisitioning Engineers and Supply Chain for equipment requisitioning.
• Coordinate and expedite third-party major equipment submittal drawing packages.
• Facilitate weekly progress and schedule forecast updates for internal management and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Construction teams to manage RFIs and provide construction support from mobilization through commissioning.
• Apply critical thinking to provide solutions to complex problems.
• Resolve interdisciplinary design and technical issues for optimal design.
• May work on multiple projects concurrently.
