My client is a leading global independent Energy-as-a-Service provider, offering free energy savings assessments, guaranteed savings, fixed price proposals, funding solutions, and are experts in building automation. They are looking for a Sr Project Developer - full-time employee to work hybrid at their Philadelphia office. The SPD will lead the technical and commercial development of complex EaaS projects, integrating design, performance, and financial modeling to ensure feasibility and client value. Serves as the key liaison between engineering, finance, and client teams during project pursuit.
