Job summary

Threshold Brands is seeking an Installation Technician to install insulation materials in residential and commercial spaces across Ohio. You will measure, cut, seal, and distribute insulation while following safety protocols and maintaining quality workmanship.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, attention to detail, and a valid driver’s license. No insulation experience is required, but familiarity with tools and PPE is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• No insulation experience required but preferred.
• Knowledge of insulation materials, installation techniques, and equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE best practices.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation materials in residential and commercial properties.
• Measure and cut insulation to fit spaces accurately.
• Seal gaps and joints to improve energy efficiency.
• Safely operate equipment to distribute insulation materials.
• Maintain a clean workspace and dispose of waste properly.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use PPE.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
