Job summary

TruTeam in Bend, Oregon is seeking an installer responsible for all aspects of installing insulation, doors, windows, and related products per work orders and safety guidelines.

The role requires loading, staging materials, safety checks, and occasional warehouse duties with daily local travel to job sites. Candidates must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and able to perform physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle use.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections; unload and stage material.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns; perform warehouse duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
