Job summary

TruTeam is seeking an installer to join our team in the Richmond, VA area. You will be responsible for all aspects of installing insulation and other building products, following work orders, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards.

The role requires daily travel to job sites, ability to load and stage materials, and adherence to safety rules. Prolonged standing, repetitive motions, and lifting up to 50 pounds are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
• Local travel to job sites daily.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions; lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all products, tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections; unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns; perform warehouse-related duties as required.
