Power Home Remodeling Group in Tempe/Scottsdale area is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to present energy-efficient remodeling options to homeowners. You will follow a proven sales process, participate in ongoing training, and build lasting customer relationships to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and interpersonal skills, are self-motivated, and comfortable working independently within a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role preferred.
• Experience delivering presentations or working toward performance-based goals.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus, not required.

Responsabilités

• Meet with homeowners to deliver engaging presentations on energy-efficient remodeling products and services.
• Learn POWER’s sales process through ongoing training and coaching.
• Build meaningful relationships by understanding customer needs and recommending personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors to improve sales approach.
• Develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills for long-term growth.
• Attend weekly meetings, training sessions, and collaborative learning opportunities.
