TruTeam is seeking an installer to join our energy-efficient insulation and building materials team. You will install products per work orders, inspect safety and quality, and ensure materials, tools, and equipment are ready each day.

The role requires local travel to job sites, physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver's license. This safety-sensitive position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and commitment to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle.
• Ability to travel locally to job sites.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install company products per work orders and safety guidelines.
• Review daily schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment.
• Perform vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Unload and stage material safely at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
