Job summary

TruTeam is hiring an installer to handle all aspects of installing insulation and related building products per work orders, while following quality and safety guidelines.

The role requires being at least 18, valid driver’s license for vehicle use, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to travel locally. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other support programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged standing and repetitive motions are required.

Responsibilities

• Install company products according to work orders and safety guidelines.
• Review daily schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products and tools.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job sites.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
