Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 6+ years experience in energy conservation or related field.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Experience in consulting engineering, industrial processes, technical sales, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate conservation program analyses per rules; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance and education to staff, customers, and partners on technical issues.
• Develop technical leadership in assigned conservation areas (HVAC, lighting, motors, etc.).
• Research new technologies and monitor codes affecting program guidelines.
• Leverage networks for consulting and technical sales and customer delivery.
