Cadmus is seeking an analytical professional to apply advanced analytics to utility and government clients, delivering data-driven insights on DSM topics such as demand response and energy efficiency. You will manage projects, collaborate with client teams, and develop data visualizations and dashboards to communicate results clearly.

The role emphasizes strong quantitative skills, consulting experience in energy, and the ability to lead analytical tasks end-to-end in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Advanced analytics applied to data-driven insights for utility and government clients.
• Experience with data transformation and statistical software programming (R/Python/Stata).
• Ability to deploy interactive web apps and data visualizations (R-Shiny, Flask, DASH, Power BI, Streamlit).
• Strong SQL/database skills and experience with inferential statistics and regression analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing project management.
• Proven consulting experience in energy context preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead research design, data collection, analysis, modeling tool development and reporting.
• Apply econometrics to assess program and policy impacts and provide recommendations.
• Communicate methods, findings, and data sources in reports and dashboards.
• Manage consulting projects with teams and clients; ensure on-time deliverables.
• Support budgets, invoicing, planning, and resource management.
• Mentor junior staff and build client relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify business development opportunities and support proposals.
