BCG Attorney Search in Denver, CO seeks a mid- to senior-level associate attorney with deep energy regulatory experience. The role focuses on energy regulatory law, power markets, and infrastructure transactions, advising data center developers, hyperscalers, and large energy users.

You will engage in large-scale energy procurement, participate in regulatory proceedings before FERC and state commissions, and manage complex client and counsel relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of law firm experience in energy regulatory law or related fields.
• Proactive with strong business sense and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
