Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
• Experience in power generation or construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation and ensure records are accurate and accessible.
• Support procurement tracking and coordination with vendors.
• Assist in budget monitoring and schedule updates.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to closure.
• Provide overall administrative support to the Project Controls Lead and EPC team.
