Ankura’s McLarty Associates unit is seeking a motivated, organized Fellow for the Energy & Critical Minerals Practice, starting January 2027. The 20 hours/week role supports research, policy analysis, and client deliverables while coordinating with senior leadership.

The Fellow will monitor policy developments, prepare presentations, biographies, and assist with communications and collaborations across a global team.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a graduate-level degree in a relevant subject area.
• Exceptionally organized with independence and initiative.
• Able to multi-task and manage changing priorities while maintaining professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research and analysis on energy & critical minerals and related issues.
• Monitor news outlets for relevant policy developments.
• Compile biographies and prepare client deliverables and presentations.
• Assist firm-wide communications and collaborations.
• Attend policy forums and report back to the team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
