Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks an Energy Marshal to lead energy-control, energization readiness, and turnover on data center and mission-critical projects. You will collaborate with M/E/P teams, controls, commissioning, and operations to ensure safe energization and transition.

The role emphasizes field leadership, safety practices, and coordination across disciplines, with travel as needed for project duration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience leading energy-control, energization, electrical, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with LOTO, system isolation, configuration control, startup, testing, and turnover.
• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 preferred, or the ability to obtain it within 30 days.
• Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy-control activities and ensure safe energization readiness for assigned systems.
• Plan and coordinate LOTO, system isolation, energization boundaries, and turnovers.
• Maintain configuration control during construction, startup, testing, and turnover.
• Review drawings and field conditions to confirm readiness for energization.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, controls, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Support startup readiness by confirming prerequisites and required documentation.
• Conduct field walkdowns and verify installation, labeling, and readiness.
• Track risks and readiness concerns that could impact energization and turnover.
• Promote safety and permit-to-work practices throughout energy-control activities.
