- Advise on asset portfolios, capital planning, and balance-sheet optimization; revamp value chains.
- Provide energy transition insights and sustainability strategies.
- Help trading organizations set up and expand trading and risk management activities across energy markets.
- Lead project teams to shape investments/divestments and drive innovative, agile business models.
