Protouch Staffing is assisting a law firm in Richmond, VA with the search for an Energy Attorney. The candidate will join the Energy and Telecommunications Law Team, handling litigation and regulatory matters related to energy policy, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and legal briefing skills

Responsibilities

• Work with clients, legislators, and regulators to develop and advocate energy-related laws, rules, and regulations
• Collaborate with energy and telecommunications team on complex regulatory matters
• Provide drafting, editing, and analysis for pleadings, briefs, and memos
• Support attorneys in litigation and regulatory proceedings
