Job summary

Castleton Commodities International seeks an Asset Operations & Management professional to join its Principal Investments organization in Houston, TX. You will oversee, develop, and optimize assets within CCI's growing global portfolio, applying both financial and operational expertise across energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ energy sector experience.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and PowerPoint; able to navigate large data sets/models.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to plant locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, Environmental Compliance, Health & Safety, P&L and planning activities for CCI assets.
• Serve as primary liaison between assets and functions (Optimization/EMA, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance).
• Perform financial analysis on existing asset businesses (P/L, KPIs, budgeting, analytics) and potential investments.
• Create financial models and PowerPoint presentations for senior executives.
• Lead assessments of strategic, operational, and financial risks for existing businesses and due diligence on new opportunities.
• Support brownfield/greenfield planning and development.
• Identify, onboard and manage consultants and contractors as needed.
