Meta's Infrastructure group seeks a Manager of Energy Analytics to lead forecasting, rate design, and budgeting for Meta's global data center portfolio. You will coach a distributed team of analysts, develop models, and partner with Finance and Infrastructure leadership to shape energy strategy.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in energy analytics, strong data skills in Excel, Python, and SQL, and proven leadership in scaling analytical capabilities across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in energy analytics or related fields.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Hands-on experience analyzing energy usage data and tariffs.
• Experience owning forecasting or analytical models for budgeting or capacity decisions.
• Advanced Excel and large dataset experience.
• Strong communication and data visualization skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a distributed team of energy analysts across the portfolio.
• Develop models to forecast energy usage, generation, and cost.
• Inform capacity planning, budgeting, procurement, and rate design decisions.
• Set analytical standards, documentation, and QA across outputs.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Finance leadership on energy strategy.
• Scale tooling, data pipelines, and reporting for the portfolio.
