Job summary

Mt. Lebanon is seeking a part-time Tennis/Pickleball Instructor at the Mt. Lebanon Racket Center to teach adults and juniors.

The role operates under the supervision of the Racket Center Manager, focusing on engaging drills, safety, and progress updates to parents and students.

Candidates must hold PTR/USPTA/RSPA tennis certifications and PPR pickleball certification; expect 4–6 weeks to obtain background clearances with reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• PTR, USPTA, RSPA tennis certification.
• PPR pickleball certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides tennis and/or pickleball instruction to participants of all ages and abilities.
• Engages participants and maintains their interest with drills and activities.
• Provides information on programs and student progress to parents and students.
• Ensures lessons are safe, fun and effective.
• Records class attendance.
• Ensures all equipment is ready for class in advance.
• Cleans up equipment at the conclusion of activities.
• Enforces facility rules.
• Assists with tournaments as needed.
