Job summary

Beach Buddies is seeking Summer Camp Counselors to join our Delaware locations in Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Milford & Townsend. The role requires availability Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 6:00pm, with no weekends or night shifts.

You will support infants through school-age children, helping with developmentally appropriate activities while ensuring a safe, positive learning environment. Compensation ranges from $11.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in early childhood development is preferred.
• Ability to engage infants through school-age children with developmentally appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• Available Monday–Friday 6:30am–6pm; no weekends or night shifts.
• Support children across age groups with safe, positive activities and supervision.
