Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is opening a new location and currently hiring a Spa Associate to join our team in Texas. You will play a key role in driving membership sales while delivering outstanding customer service to guests and members.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
18 years old or older.
Exceptionally organized with great attention to detail.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Have detailed knowledge of the menu of services and training will be provided.
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships.
Capable of working flexible hours.
Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients.
Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
