Job summary

Shoe Station at Rogan’s is seeking a friendly Store Associate who enjoys creating great experiences for customers. If you have strong people skills, a positive attitude, and can handle basic math while working a register, you might be the perfect fit.

You’ll greet customers, help them find shoes and accessories, operate the register, count cash, process returns, and share promotions and Shoe Perks with shoppers. You’ll also keep displays neat, stay on your feet, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to count cash and perform basic math accurately.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
