Bojangles' is seeking a Shift Manager in York, SC. You’ll lead daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure guest satisfaction during all shifts. This role requires energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for high-quality food and service.

Formación

• Management experience in QSR with recent team leadership.
• Experience with P&L, food cost and labor cost.
• Ability to work with a flexible schedule and weekends.
• Open to applicants without a college diploma.

Requirements:

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor Cost.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others

Experience:

Management: 2 years (Preferred)

general manager: 1 year (Preferred)
