Job summary

Main Event Entertainment is seeking a friendly server to deliver high-quality food and beverage service in a fun, high-energy environment in Texas. You will know the menu, make great recommendations, and ensure timely service while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and collaborating with team members to create memorable experiences. Alcohol laws and certifications as required by state.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage or retail is a plus but not required.
• Must be guest-focused and able to work with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork and communication with guests and colleagues.
• State-required serving age; alcohol certification where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Greet Guests and provide friendly, fun service.
• Recommend menu items and ensure order accuracy.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and anticipate Guest needs.
• Create memorable experiences with exceptional service.
• Adhere to local and state alcohol laws and policies.
• Process payment transactions and welcome Guests back.
• Maintain a clean and safe section and perform side duties.
