Job summary

The Honor Bar in Montecito is seeking exceptional candidates to join our service team as servers. We are looking for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment. Server positions are available.

Compensation includes a fixed hourly rate of $16.90 plus tips, with typical earnings ranging from $250 to $400 per shift. We require a four-shift minimum, with 6–7 hour shifts, and some weekend availability.
